But realistically what does an agent offer you? Given the individuality of each individual agent you take a gamble when you decide to work with an agent you are unfamiliar with. I want to educate you and inform you about myself.
I have been licensed over six years and a full time agent for four years. I am very familiar with all of Comal and Guadalupe counties as well as other Central Texas counties. I previously lived in Seguin and now live in New Braunfels, texas where my office is located. Most of the homes I sell are located in New Braunfels and Seguin.
